Assistant Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an energetic individual to assist our personal and commercial lines staff. This will include processing policy changes, creating insurance certificates, back-up person for front desk/reception, overflow phone coverage and other clerical duties.

Responsibilities

This position is in our Manchester, NH office and requires the following:

Provide professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and Foy colleagues.
Provides a high level of support to sales and service team members in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.

Desired Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will be a positive, team player and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Computer literacy and working insurance knowledge will be essential for this job. Superior customer service and problem solving skills.

Additional requirements: must be an excellent communicator and possess both computer and phone skills.
AMS360 Computer Knowledge Preferred
P&C Insurance license not required but agency will encourage candidate to obtain insurance license.

Job Type: Part-time, Monday through Friday, Maximum 29 hours.
