Assistant Customer Service Representative (Sports Dept)

We are looking for an energetic individual to assist our Sports Department staff. This will include processing policy changes, creating insurance certificates, back-up person for front desk/reception, overflow phone coverage and other clerical duties.


Provide professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and Foy colleagues.
Provides a high level of support to sales and service team members in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.

Desired Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will be a positive, team player and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Computer literacy and working insurance knowledge will be essential for this job. Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.

Additional requirements:

  • Must be an excellent communicator and possess both computer and phone skills
  • AMS360 Computer Knowledge (preferred)
  • P&C Insurance license not required but the agency will encourage the candidate to obtain an insurance license
