Mr. Holt is a risk management and insurance professional with over 25 years of experience in the areas of commercial insurance, risk consulting, safety management, and training and education. Over the years his clientele has ranged from small to midsize non-profits, main street businesses and professionals, large destination resorts, all the way up to “Fortune 50” multinational corporations.

Mr. Holt has received two of the insurance industry’s key designations – the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter and Associates in Risk Management. In addition, as a former part time firefighter/EMT, Mr. Holt has a unique insight in to risk including building construction and protection and the many causes and exposures associated with both property and liability losses.

Mr. Holt has spoken on dozens of occasions regarding risk and risk management and has been published in various articles throughout his career on subjects Including cyber security, loss prevention, contractual indemnification, disaster recovery, and state legal statutes regarding waivers of indemnification.

Currently Mr. Holt serves as an Account Executive with Foy Insurance in the Commercial Services Group where he works with businesses of all sizes and complexities to help them manage and transfer their risks in the most economical way possible.
