Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce Names Barb Harris, of Foy Insurance – Salem, to the Board of Directors
Barbara brings many years of industry experience to the Chamber. She comes to us from Foy Insurance, an independent insurance agency, in Salem (one of 12 offices). In addition to being the agency manager at Foy, Barbara has been a licensed property/casualty producer for many years. She achieved the Accredited Adviser in Insurance designation in 2010 and her concentration is in Business Insurance. Some of her areas of knowledge include Contractors, Workers Compensation, Professional Liability and Business owner’s insurance needs.
In addition to her contributions to our Chamber, she is President of Salem Caregivers and Secretary to the Salem NH Farmers Market Board of Directors. Barbara chairs the Chamber’s Annual Dinner Committee and is very involved with many Chamber Events and Activities.
An avid motorcyclist she can be seen on her Harley whenever time allows. She lives in Londonderry with her husband and son who are both Harley enthusiasts too. As co-founder of Friends 4 Eva, an organization that raises money annually for Boston Children’s Hospital, she organizes an annual motorcycle ride out of Meredith, NH. July 14th will be the 9th Annual Heather’s Ride at Laconia Harley Davidson in Meredith, NH.
