Document Processor

Foy Insurance is looking to add a document processor to our administrative team. The ideal candidate would be processing incoming electronic documents/mail into our agency automation system.

Responsibilities:

  1. Make sure that documents are placed in the correct electronic file location and are assigned to the correct person
  2. Handle multiple companies with various processes
  3. Hours: 20-28 hours per week Monday-Friday; preference is given to those who can work 5 days but can negotiate for the right candidate; Hours negotiable within normal business hours of 8-5:30

Location:

The applicant has a choice of working space permitting in Nashua, Tilton, Pembroke or Manchester office.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent motor skills
  2. Familiarity with computers, including typing and keyboard shortcuts
  3. Ability to follow various sets of directions for multiple carriers and procedures
  4. Extremely dependable for work hours
  5. Preferred: familiarity with Vertafore Agency Management Software AMS360 and ImageRight
