Document Processor
Foy Insurance is looking to add a document processor to our administrative team. The ideal candidate would be processing incoming electronic documents/mail into our agency automation system.
Responsibilities:
- Make sure that documents are placed in the correct electronic file location and are assigned to the correct person
- Handle multiple companies with various processes
- Hours: 20-28 hours per week Monday-Friday; preference is given to those who can work 5 days but can negotiate for the right candidate; Hours negotiable within normal business hours of 8-5:30
Location:
The applicant has a choice of working space permitting in Nashua, Tilton, Pembroke or Manchester office.
Qualifications:
- Excellent motor skills
- Familiarity with computers, including typing and keyboard shortcuts
- Ability to follow various sets of directions for multiple carriers and procedures
- Extremely dependable for work hours
- Preferred: familiarity with Vertafore Agency Management Software AMS360 and ImageRight
