Trainer

Foy Insurance is looking for a friendly, professional and hardworking agent to add to their ever-expanding team.  The qualified candidate will be training staff on the use of automation, agency procedures and assisting in the employee’s work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Training staff on the use of Vertafore products deployed in the agency
  2. Training of staff on Microsoft products
  3. Auditing employees work
  4. Updating or correcting employees work environment including workstation settings

Requirements:

  1. Travel to most offices
  2. Communication skills
  3. Working knowledge of Vertafore products including AMS360, PL Rating, WorkSmart
  4. Insurance knowledge to train on the use of carrier web sites and Vertafore products
  5. Preferred to have P&C Insurance License
