Madeleine just might win the longest tenured employee not named Foy contest.  There might be one other but no joke, she’s been working here for over 40+ years!  Born, raised and never left Nashua…….good thing for our clients as she takes great care of them whether it be handling their claim or servicing their account.  She is the Claims Manager for the Nashua office and doubles as a Customer Service Representative.  Madeleine is also the unofficial treasurer of the office making sure every dime is accounted for in our Foy operating account as well as our Stamp Box!  She is a Jack of all trades, master of none.  When not working she spends lots of time with her extended family including baby and dog sitting for several relatives, visiting the Ocean (Wallace Sands) and Newfound Lake (Wellington State Park).  She is also a big fan of owls.  One visit to her office and you can see that.  Madeleine believes in taking care of her clients and as such is a ACSR which means she is really good at what she does.
